One of Shannon’s large passions in life is helping others, here are a few of the organizations that she has helped and/or is involved with.  Shannon has donated over 3000 hours to these organizations and over $100,000.

  • Ride for Red - In Sept of 2010 Shannon cycled from Calgary to Los Angeles on a bike to support the Red Cross, goal is to raise One million $ for the red cross through the initiative.  The Ride for Red 2011 is set to depart Vancouver in October of 2011.  In 2010, over 200,000 was raised for the Red Cross.
